When you call Santa’s Workshop Trading Company with a product or account concern you will never be prompted by an automated answering system or by a robot. You will always be greeted by one of Santa’s helpers whose primary responsibility is to ensure that you get satisfaction with your inquiry.
Because we provide “human” contact this means that we are NOT available 24/7-365. We are available from 7 AM to 7 PM (Pacific Standard Time) seven days a week (except Christmas Eve-You’ll understand). If you call and are connected to our voice mail, please leave a message and one of Santa’s customer service representatives will call you back within a reasonable time.
Like you, our Santa’s service representatives have families and wish to partake in the normal family activities that occur on these major holidays. As a result, Santa’s Workshop Trading Company will be closed on each of these holidays.
