SANTA’S WORKSHOP TRADING COMPANY (SWTC) will provide administrative consulting and management services to its brands and products and those of its third-party distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and licensees. The services it will provide are in the fields of consumer goods, gifts, home goods, Christmas books, clothing and non-alcoholic powder-based beverages, sold through its online e-commerce website, wholesaler, retailer, distributorship, or licensee networks.
- Design, preparation and management of printed product materials-flyers, table tents, posters and point of sale materials.
- Arranging product participation in SWTC product trade shows, fairs, street fairs, kiosks and exhibitions.
- Management and administration and product office functions.
- Dissemination of advertising materials.
- Developing product promotional campaigns.
- Addressing and distribution of envelopes and gift bags for product presentations.
- Commercial administration of third-party licenses.
- Creating company, brand, and product logos.
- Providing product consumer care services relating to processing telephone, text, facsimile, and e-mail orders and inquiries.
- Organizing and management of product promotions through brand ambassadors, contests, and give-a-ways.
