Business Consulting & Management Services
SANTA’S WORKSHOP TRADING COMPANY (SWTC) will provide business consulting and management services to its brands and products and those of its third-party distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and licensees. The services it will provide are in the fields of consumer goods, gifts, home goods, Christmas books, clothing and non-alcoholic powder-based beverages, sold through its online e-commerce website, wholesaler, retailer, distributorship, or licensee networks and relate to product evaluations, product contracts and treasury support.
Product Evaluations
- Initial marketplace testing using focus groups, surveys and samples
- Technical evaluation of product and packaging for safety standards
- Technical evaluation of beverage products and packaging to ensure FDA and UDA compliance
- Product cost analysis
- After SWTC conducts a market opportunity analysis of its third-party products, or their business, as the case may be, SWTC will advise these parties of potential suppliers they believe would be a good “fit” for their product, brand or company.
Contracts
Through their extensive experience in contact preparation and negotiation, SWTC will provide contact negotiation advisory and management services to its third-party distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and licensees for all aspects of the core principles of contact administration that include, but are not limited to, letter of intent preparation, contract preparation, and identification of the contract’s substantive elements relating to the purchase of products, or parts of products, sold to SWTC.
Treasury Support
SWTC will provide treasury advisory and management services to its third party distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and licensees sell products directly to SWTC that include, but are not limited to, liaison with company banker, evaluation of company’s capital requirements, preparation of loan documents, preparation of progressive/installment loan payment reports, reporting compliance, asset liability management, funds transfer pricing, cash flow forecasting, day-to-day banking and invoicing, etc.
